Noa T. Brazg PhD, MSW, MPH

Hello! I'm Noa, and I have worked in the field of bioethics for over 15 years. I completed my clinical ethics training at Seattle Children's Hospital in 2015, and since then have spent more than a decade as a clinical ethics consultant across multiple hospitals within the University of Washington academic medical system. My graduate training in social work, public health, and bioethics shapes an inclusive and interdisciplinary approach to ethical decision-making that considers the needs of patients, families, clinicians, and healthcare organizations.In 2022, I expanded my work to support community and rural hospitals in building strong, sustainable clinical ethics programs.I believe every hospital can, and should, have access to high-quality clinical ethics support, regardless of its size or location. Through a flexible partnership model that can include ethics consultation, education, mentorship, and ethics committee development, I help organizations strengthen their local ethics capacity without employing a full-time clinical ethicist.
